We loved the complimentary cookies and fruit in the room. The breakfast had plenty of options and was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the breakfast spread was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The room decor felt a bit outdated and in need of a refresh. there were some maintenance issues, such as a faulty trouser press and an improperly made bed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, I was impressed! The location was perfect, situated just outside the main center, but within easy walking distance from everything. The service was impeccable, offering room service, housekeeping, laundry, and more. The room amenities were fantastic, including tea and coffee facilities, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The dining restaurant was lovely, with in-room breakfast available, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap. The leisure spa and wellness center was definitely a highlight, offering an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and more. I had a great experience here.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The location of this hotel was excellent, as it was close to parking and near everything in the city center. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast provided was fabulous, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Located close to the attractions in the area, this hotel is perfect for exploring the sights without needing to drive. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the Albert Dock Area and offers guests a view of the Mersey River. Each room is equipped with crisp linens and has a clean, fresh atmosphere. Guests can enjoy breakfast each morning and take advantage of facilities like a hotel bar and an ice cube machine in the hallway.
One of the reviews mentioned that they had an issue with unsupervised, badly-behaved children at the on-site bar.
